Time spent playing with children is never wasted. Early childhood development is a focus area of PFK’s commitment to uplifting the communities around us. Our partnership with Singakwenza gives us an opportunity to influence and bring joy to underprivileged children both inside and outside the classroom. What better way to kick off the festive season than 112 smiling, cheerful, excited little faces awaiting the PFK Heroes arrival?
A team of PFK Employees joined the Amy Biehl crèche in Pietermaritzburg on Wednesday, 30 November 2016, as part of one of our CSI projects – making a sustainable difference in Early Childhood Education in our community. The children were spoilt with delicious eats and some fun interaction with our volunteers. PFK also sponsored a new soccer net and some soft soccer balls for the children to play with.
PFK looks forward to continuing our partnership with Singakwenza and growing the community.
